I first had this idea on a ferry back home from a five-day vacation to Norway in late November, and I prepared everything while on the ferry, setting up the calls on social media, creating the application form, and figuring out the deadlines and logistics of the event. The concept was, of course, a swap of stories where you gave a prompt and got a prompt.
